The property includes a main farmhouse with four air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor, as well as an air-conditioned dormitory for children. The reception rooms on the ground floor are bright and open onto a magnificent furnished terrace and sumptuous gardens. Everything has been designed to provide maximum comfort to guests, especially children, who will have access to numerous games, both indoors and outdoors. A large heated swimming pool of 15 x 5 meters will delight all visitors! The property is surrounded by a magnificent vineyard and is close to a goat cheese factory. All the magnificent perched villages (Goult, Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Ménerbes) are accessible in less than 10 minutes by car. The main farmhouse includes a large living room with fireplace and 2-meter television, a lounge bar with counter, a small library lounge with television, a dining room with a table for 12 people, a fully equipped family kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a cellar and guest toilets. On the first floor (accessible by two staircases), you will find the Polaris room, with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a bathroom (whirlpool bathtub and shower), as well as the Grande Ourse and Petite Ourse rooms, with respectively a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a dormitory with four single beds of 90 cm. There are also the Orion and Phoenix suites, each with a 180 x 200cm double bedroom and shower room, plus additional bedrooms for children. An adjoining outbuilding offers a wellness area with a sauna for three people and a massage table, as well as a Cassiopeia suite with a king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm and a bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and toilet . 20 meters from the house there is another outbuilding with the Aigle suite on the garden level, comprising a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet, as well as the Oiseaux de Paradis suite on the first floor, with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks and toilet. The property can be fully adapted according to your needs and the composition of your family, offering from 5 to 8 bedrooms. A couple of caretakers are housed in an independent apartment located near the property. They are discreet but remain at your disposal for any services you may need.
