This luxury villa is located approximately 2 km from the centre of Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe, in a quiet residential area. It offers sea views and is approximately 150 metres from the sea, with Caravelle Beach (Club Med) approximately 2.5 km away. The villa is ideally located between Pointe-à-Pitre and Pointe des Châteaux, offering easy access to various attractions in Guadeloupe. The main villa, with a surface area of 180 m², includes: A large living room of 70 m² opening onto the terrace, with a lounge area equipped with sofas, a coffee table and a large television. An American kitchen with a central island in the living room. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with King size (180/200) or Queen size (160/200) double beds, one of which has a private bathroom. 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds and private shower room. 1 third shower room with shower and toilet. Below the pool, an independent studio with a separate entrance includes an air-conditioned room with a double bed, a shower room and a shaded terrace with kitchenette. The large infinity pool (15 m x 4 m) is lined with sun loungers, and there is also a carbet offering a magnificent view of the sea for those who prefer the shade. Please note that the owners do not accept any visits from additional people than the number agreed upon when booking, and parties are prohibited.
