The villa is located in the commune of Vauclin, in the south Atlantic of Martinique. Accessible by a track suitable for vehicles of about 1.5 km (4x4 not essential), it offers absolute tranquility. The center of Vauclin and its shops are about 3 km away, with a small shop accessible only 2 km away. The nearest beach, Pointe Faula, is about 3.5 km from the villa. The villa, recently built in 2014 and very well equipped, is isolated by a plant barrier. It offers a total surface area of 180 m², including a terrace. On the upper level, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a BZ sofa bed suitable for two children or teenagers. This bedroom also has a dressing room and a private bathroom. On the garden level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size double beds (160x200), one of which has a private shower room, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds. There is also a third shower room, a recent and very well-equipped American kitchen with an adjoining laundry room, and a large living room with sofas and a large screen TV. The terrace in front of the living room offers a dining area and an outdoor lounge area, and faces the secure swimming pool (6m x 3.5m) bordered by sun loungers. It should be noted that the 8 villas are identical, but the prices vary according to the location and the view. Two villas offer a beautiful sea view (class "Palm"), three villas offer a partial sea view (class "Areca"), and three villas offer a view of the countryside (class "Jade"). Prices may also vary depending on the number of occupants during certain periods. The client is required to return the villa in the condition in which he found it. Otherwise, a deduction of €250 will be made from his deposit. It is also possible to choose the "end of stay cleaning" option of €250 when booking, if you do not wish to clean before leaving the villa. The villa offers several services and equipment to make your stay pleasant, such as household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) provided, a barbecue, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, a baby bed and a high chair available on request when booking, a telephone (restricted), flat-screen TVs with DVD players, Internet and Wifi, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For leisure activities near the villa, you can practice kitesurfing, windsurfing and kayaking at the Pointe Faula nautical center. Water and Atlantic coast excursions are also offered, as well as the opportunity to discover local restaurants and go horse riding. The villa also offers detailed features such as air conditioning in all bedrooms, a private swimming pool, acceptance of small pets, a living area of 180m2, and three bathrooms. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a ceiling fan. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a 160cm double bed and air conditioning. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom, located on the first floor, has two single beds, a sofa bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, an American fridge (with separate freezer and ice dispenser), a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine and a toaster. The terrace, with an area of 45m2 and covered, can accommodate up to 10 people at the table and 4 to 6 people in the lounge area. The swimming pool is 6m long by 3.5m wide, with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.4m. It is equipped with an alarm and uses salt as a treatment. The garden is 400m2. The villa also offers services such as the loan of linen (sheets, towels, tea towels), the loan of a baby bed and a high chair on request when booking, and the provision of the first breakfast.
