Located in the commune of Vauclin, in the South Atlantic of Martinique, this villa is accessible by a 1.5 km track (4x4 not essential). Nestled in the heart of lush vegetation, the villas offer a peaceful and private setting. The villa, with an area of 180m², is recent and offers a multitude of amenities. On the upper level, an air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a BZ sofa bed suitable for two children or teenagers. This bedroom also has a dressing room and a private bathroom. On the garden level, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size double beds (160x200), one of which has a private bathroom, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds. A third shower room is also available. The American kitchen, recently renovated and very well equipped, is accompanied by an adjoining laundry room. The large living room has comfortable sofas and a large screen TV. The villa has a terrace overlooking the secure swimming pool (6mx3.5m), lined with sun loungers. The terrace includes a dining area and an outdoor lounge area. Please note that all eight villas are identical, but prices vary depending on location and view. Four villas have a beautiful sea view, two villas have a partial sea view and two villas have a view of the countryside. Prices may also vary depending on the number of occupants and certain periods. The villa is equipped with many services, such as barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen, including sheets, towels and tea towels, is provided. A baby cot and high chair are available on request when booking. The villa also has a telephone (restricted), flat-screen TVs with DVD players, internet and wifi, as well as an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the villa rental. Leisure activities are nearby, including kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, horse riding, as well as water and Atlantic coast excursions. In addition, you will find local restaurants nearby. The villa accepts small pets. It is located approximately 1 km from shops and 30 km from the airport.
