Villa serenity

The villa is located in a residential enclave on the beautiful Cupecoy Beach, in Dutch side St. Marteen. It offers magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea from the rooftop pool and covered terraces located on each floor. The villa comprises four levels of living space, connected by a central elevator and staircase. On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with sea views. The second floor offers a large living space comprising a living/dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen. The top floor has a rooftop pool, sun terrace and a master bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom. In the basement, there is a fourth bedroom with private bathroom. The villa is ideal for groups of friends or families with older children. Services included are twice-weekly housekeeping, house towels, beach towels, high-end concierge service and airport transfer. Many water and land activities are available nearby. The villa is air-conditioned in all rooms, has a private swimming pool and does not accept pets.
