The bedrooms are spread out in what was once a "baglio" (a typical enclosed courtyard in Sicily) made of stone, as well as in annexes, while an annex building of over 200 m² groups together the common living areas. This part, designed for total immersion in the natural setting, is not equipped with fixed glazing but rather large removable transparent tarpaulins for the summer season, guaranteeing an open and airy atmosphere. Comfort is provided in a traditional manner, without air conditioning or central heating, but with a stove for cooler moments. Outside, various facilities, including a magnificent solarium set with palm trees and oleanders, surround a swimming pool heated by solar panels (10x12 m), completed by a Jacuzzi. The water in the pool, whose temperature varies between 20 and 28 degrees depending on the weather, promises moments of absolute relaxation. Part of the villa is dedicated to the caretaker. This independent space, equipped with its own outdoor amenities, ensures a discreet but essential presence for the maintenance of the property. The caretaker is also available to meet the needs of guests, and can, on request, prepare breakfasts. To stay connected, an ADSL Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the villa. Strategically located, the villa offers quick access to the iconic Baroque towns of Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Noto, as well as the Vendicari Nature Reserve and Syracuse, less than an hour's drive away. History buffs will be delighted by the proximity of Donnafugata Castle and the Cavagrande del Cassibile river canyons, not to mention the splendid beaches around Ragusa, just a few minutes away. The villa offers the flexibility of setting up all double bedrooms as twin rooms, with the possibility, in some of them, of adding a cot or a crib, thus meeting the needs of families.
