As for the kitchen, American style, it is perfectly equipped to satisfy culinary desires. Outside, the villa has a magnificent unheated swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs inviting you to relax. The wooded garden, the terrace and the chairs and table by the pool promise hours of relaxation and uninterrupted pleasure. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view, ideal for enjoying a drink at the end of the day. For more convenience, reversible air conditioning, a private parking space, free Wi-Fi and a TV system with Netflix are available. Arrivals are between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and departures are to be expected before 12 p.m. For reservations, a 50% deposit is required. Regarding cancellation, the fees vary according to the notice period: more than 70 days before arrival, 10% of the total amount of the reservation is retained, between 69 and 60 days, it will be 25%, and the total amount of the deposit between 59 days and 42 days before. At 41 days or less, the total amount of the stay remains due, as in the case of a no-show. The rental rate starts from 240 euros per night, promising a memorable stay in an exceptional setting, combining luxury, comfort and tranquility.
