The villa is ideally located on the large Diamant beach, just 25 meters from the sea. Its sandy garden, nicely shaded by magnificent trees, offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. The shops and the village of Diamant are just 1.5 kilometers away, while the beaches of Anses d'Arlet can be reached in a few minutes by car. This superb villa, built in 2021, covers an area of approximately 150 m² with an additional terrace of 50 m². On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with a large Queen size double bed (160X200) offering a breathtaking view of the sea and a private bathroom. A second air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen size double bed (160X200) and a private bathroom is also present, as well as two other air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with two single beds each, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has a private bathroom. A covered gallery connects all the rooms of the villa and overlooks the outside as well as the kitchen. This gallery includes a dining area and a living room, creating a friendly and bright living space. The fully equipped kitchen, with its central island, opens onto the terrace and offers a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the beach. Upstairs, a bedroom/TV lounge equipped with two sofa beds that can comfortably accommodate four children or teenagers, as well as a bathroom, complete the layout of this exceptional villa. The villa has all the equipment and services to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided, as are beach towels. The first breakfast is offered and you benefit from a dishwasher, a washing machine and an electric dryer for more convenience. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request when booking. You can also enjoy a flat-screen TV, internet and wifi, a barbecue, an iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and costs €250, to be paid directly on site. Many activities and leisure activities are available near the villa, such as water sports and diving at Rocher du Diamant, hiking on Morne Larcher, visiting the Slave Memorial, as well as discovering the local markets and small restaurants in the village of Diamant. The villa, located in the Anse Caffard district, offers an idyllic setting for a holiday with family or friends.
