The 230 square meter villa, with a 160 square meter terrace, has a neat decoration and offers the following amenities: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor with mosquito nets and private bathrooms, including 1 King size bed (180x200), 2 single beds (90x200) and 1 Queen size bed (160x200). 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs with mosquito nets and private bathrooms, each equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200), and communicating by a large terrace. A modern and well-equipped kitchen with a central island. A large living room opening onto the terrace, including a lounge area with 2 convertible sofa beds that can accommodate up to 4 children or teenagers. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet, and includes a dining area with table and chairs, as well as a carbet on the other side of the pool. The large swimming pool (8m x 4m) also has a jacuzzi. Rental rates vary according to the number of occupants, with rates for 10 people, 10 adults + 2 children, and 10 adults + 4 children. Among the services included, you benefit from household linen (sheets, towels, pool and beach towels, tea towels), a barbecue, a dishwasher, a Philipps L'Or filter and Barista coffee machine, a freezer, a washing machine, a baby bed and a high chair on request when booking, a flat-screen TV, a telephone (restricted), Internet and Wi-Fi, as well as a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and costs €340 to be paid directly on site.
